Instructions of Application

Step 1: Preparation of the joints

1.1 Clean the surface side of joints by the perching knife

1.2 Use brush to clean the joints

1.3 Thoroughly emove all debris with the vacuum cleaner

1.4 Wipe the surface and inside with the towel

Step 2: Injecting

2. 1 Install the mixer on the cartridge

2.2 Cut the mixe nozzle size to match the joint size

2.3 Install the cartridge into the caulking gun

2.4 Start the caulking gun, discard 40cm material for better mIxing

2.5 Inject grout into joints at a constant speed

Step 3:Pressing by Round Stainless Stell Ball

3.1choose proper round stainless steel ball to match the joints

3.2 Walk along the joints at a constant speed pay attention to the cross and comer

3.3 Make sure the joints finishes pretty without any trace

Step 4: Cleaning

4.1 The curing time is 1-4 hours depend on temperature

4.2 Remove excess grout from the joint area with perching knite after curing

Step 5: Maintenance

5. 1 For better finish, pls prevent from water,tread or any other chemical pollution for 1 Week
